The oldest form of cooking and we think the most fun. There are more types of BBQ in the US than there are states. That's a lot of different ways to rub, smoke and grill your meat. Good BBQ is about good meat, good sides and good drinks.

All our meat comes from small buthchers and suppliers.  So we have access to some pretty fine bacon! Animal diet, welfare and hanging time (and condition) all contribute to a great bit of meat.

Our back catalogue of side dishes makes us the geekiest grillers out there. We can also take care of the drinks be it punch, craft ale, Pimms and of course fresh summer fruit spritzers for the non-drinkers. In true British style our team once got asked to do a Christmas eve BBQ, truffled bbq'd Brussel sprouts are a winner!
